Dr Ashitey Trebi-Ollennu is a Fellow of the IEE (U.K.) and a Senior Member of the IEEE (USA). He was born in Accra, Ghana. He currently works on Mars Exploration Rover Operations Team of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) of the United States. Dr Ashitey Trebi-Ollennu attended Garrison Primary School in Burma Camp and Ghana Secondary Technical School Takoradi for his O’ and A’ level). He had his Bachelors in Engineering (B.Eng.) in Avionics at Queen Mary College, University of London in 1991 where his dissertation was on Review of 4-D guidance techniques and the simulation of 4-D aircraft guidance.

Major General JN Adinkrah Profile
Major General J N Adinkrah was born on 19 April 1950. He attended the Accra Academy (Accra ACA) from 1965 to 1970 where he obtained his General Certificate of Education Ordinary Level Certificate. As part of a special programme for enlistment at the time, he was enlisted together with a group of enterprising young men and enrolled into the sixth form at the Ghana Secondary Technical School (GSTS) in Takoradi from 1970 to 1972, with intermittent military training during holidays.
FAMU-FSU College of Engineering Dean to Step Down
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Yaw Yeboah, Ph.D., announced today that he will step down as dean of the FAMU-FSU College of Engineering (COE) on July 31. Yeboah became the fifth dean of the COE on July 1, 2012. Marcella David, J.D., provost and vice president for Academic Affairs at FAMU, and Sally McRorie, interim provost and executive vice president for Academic Affairs at FSU announced that Bruce Locke, Ph.D., former chair of the COE Department of Chemical & Biomedical Engineering and currently FSU associate provost, will assume the role of interim dean on Aug. 1.

Vice Admiral Mathew Quashie was born on March 23, 1951 in Accra. He attended Mfanstipim Secondary School in Cape Coast for his General Certificate of Education (GCE) Ordinary Level Certificate from 1965 to 1970. He entered the Ghana Military Academy in 1970 and subsequently enrolled in to the Ghana Secondary Technical School (GSTS), Takoradi, from 1970 to 1972 for the GCE Advanced Level Certificate.He continued his basic military officer training at the Britannia Royal Navy College, United Kingdom, and commissioned Sub-Lieutenant into the Executive Branch of the Ghana Navy in July 1974. From January to December 1979, Vice Admiral Mathew Quashie attended many courses, which included the international Sub-Lieutenant Course at Dartmouth and United Kingdom.
